FastAccess kept turning ON the camera (and led) and didn't allow me to monitor when it was turning on or to fine tune when it was allowed to start using the camera (and system resources). So after a few emails with support from SensibleVision, and finding the latest version was faster and better featured - they wanted an upsell - I uninstalled it via Control Panel. It wasn't that fast - easier to type in a password, than have to smile at the camera and wait. However there still appeared to be some slivers of it around that I never tracked down.
